First EAGE/SBGf Workshop on Least Squares Migration
27-28 November 2018 

Least Squares Migration (LSM) is an imaging technique that has gained attention in recent years for its ability to improve images obtained by traditional migration methods, minimizing the presence of artifacts, mitigating illumination effects and increasing its spatial resolution.
EAGE and SBGf have pleasure inviting you to the Least Squares Migration Workshop associations are coordinating between 27-28 November 2018 in Rio de Janeiro.

Know the Keynote Speakers

Bin Wang -  Director of Research and Development at TGS: Received his bachelor’s and master’s degree in electrical engineering from Beijing University in China and a PhD in geophysics from  Purdue University in USA.  He also received an MBA from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas.

Nizar Chemingui - Department Manager for Seismic Imaging Technology at PGS: Dr. Chemingui holds a Ph.D. in Geophysics from Stanford University, a Master’s degree from Rice University, and a Bachelor degree in Geophysics from  the Colorado School of Mines.
